2026 Annual General Meeting Report

The AGM took place on March 9, 2026 and was presided over by our Chairperson Kathy Coburn. It was attended by nine regular members and three Parksville Councillors. The slate of Directors for 2026 remains largely status quo and membership fees were maintained at $10 for Regular Members and $5 for Associate Members. May 13 Meeting Agenda

Our next regular meeting will take place on May 13 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. It will be held in the Quality Foods Parksville Community Meeting Room "Upstairs", located at 371 Alberni Highway at Despard

 
 
April 13 Meeting Cancelled

Due to a number of expected absences and a light agenda, the meeting planned for April 13 has been cancelled. The next scheduled meeting will take place on May 13.
