Parksville bus stop improvements
Back in December, AOA submitted the results of our Parksville bus stop survey to Council. It was (finally) formally received at the March 3rd meeting and PQB News picked up the story on March 11. Our primary concern involved six stops in Parksville that had shortcomings in providing safe loading areas for persons using mobility devices. The full submission can be found here in our Document Library.
2026 Annual General Meeting Report
The AGM took place on March 9, 2026 and was presided over by our Chairperson Kathy Coburn. It was attended by nine regular members and three Parksville Councillors. The slate of Directors for 2026 remains largely status quo and membership fees were maintained at $10 for Regular Members and $5 for Associate Members. More details on the 2026 AGM can be found here .
